This product is forged with steel, integrated design, high strength and high hardness. The blade is sharp and can easily cut bones and meat. The back of the knife is thick and can be used as a blunt tool to easily break the bones. Uses: chop and chop beef bones, lamb ribs, chicken and duck bones, pork bones.
