- Warranty period are as per stated on product description.

- Shipping fee for warranty claim, returns, repair are to be paid by customers.

- Please retain a copy of your order details as it is required as proof of purchase.

- Buyer must keep the original warranty card and revert to us with filled in every single details (if any)

- The warranty process is unable to proceed if any above requirements are not met.

How to claim warranty?

- Issues/problems

2. Once we processed the case, a return mailing address will be provided.

3. Returned items must be delivered to us in its original packaging including boxes. (Including accessories manual, documentation etc)

Warranty

12 months warranty upon manufacturing defect from date of receive.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the motor only.

The warranty does not cover below:

1) Sticking or damage caused by misuse of product, product being overheated or lack of maintenance.

2) When the product is being used in a commercial environment.

3) Product is knocked or dropped.

4) Scratches on both interior and exterior of the product caused by abuse and misuse of product.
