We recommendyou read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, so youare familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legalrights and remedies. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods thatwe deliver to you or that you collect from one of our stores, to ensure you arecompletely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptablequality, and match the description we have provided to you.

This Returnand Refund policy shall only be applicable for home delivery shopping via MyKitchen Shopline Online Store only.
My Kitchenshall use its best efforts to ensure that Orders are correctly fulfilled.Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and the Customer wishesfor return and refund, please notify us by contact us via Shopline platformmessage or Whatsapp private message within seven (7) days upon receiving theProducts. We will contact the Customer within seven (7) days after receipt ofthe feedback message to direct the Customer of the procedures in respect of thereturn of Products and refund. The Customer is advised to wait for ourinstruction for the next course of action. In the event the Customer does notreceive any reply from us after the aforesaid period, please contact us eitherby e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org orcall My Kitchen Online hotline at 6012 -5671928 for enquiries.
If theCustomer opts for replacement or exchange of Products, the affected ProductsMUST be returned in person to the selected My Kitchen stores within Malaysia asdirected by My Kitchen pursuant to Item No. 2 hereinabove. No replacement orexchange of Products will be entertained if the Products are returned viacourier or post. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effectedsubject to stocks availability.
Returns mustbe done within ten (10) working days starting from the day the goods aredelivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the followingreasons:
You receivedthe wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect(excluding goods marked as display set items or clearance goods).
And thegeneral requirements for returns are as follows:
You haveproof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
The goodsmust be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition andunopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals,warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchersreceived with it.
The productmust not have been used or installed.
Under whatconditions is/are the product non-returnable:
Customised/made-to-ordergoods, special order items, cannot be refunded or exchanged. If delivery hastaken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
Items thathave been purchased for more than 10 days.
The item waspurchased for someone else who simply does not want it.
The item hasno defects. You've changed you're mind because of wrong selection, colour,size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply foundit cheaper elsewhere.
Defaulted onpayment for item.
If yourreturn meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with thereturn, please have your order invoice number ready and simply visit any of ourretail stores or contact our Customer Support Team.
Return/Exchangeof Products or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
If anyProduct has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
If theProduct is out of date or expired; or
If the wrongProduct which is different from the Order is delivered
ProvidedAlways that the Customer shall return or caused to be returned to My Kitchenthe aforesaid Products unused and in its original condition, quantity andpackaging as it is first delivered to the Customer together with the proof ofOrder, payment and delivery of the Products.
If a Productwhich was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, My Kitchenshall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace theProduct.
If anyProduct which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to theCustomer, My Kitchen shall collect the Product from the Customer.
If theCustomer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, MyKitchen shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originallycharged to the Customer.
If aCustomer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the sitewhen the Customer makes its Order, My Kitchen shall refund to the Customer thedifference.
The returnof a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. MyKitchen will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If theconditions in Item No. 4 of this Return and Refund Policy have been fulfilled,refund will be made to the Customer and we will reimburse the Customer of itscourier charges for returning of the Products to us provided always that thecourier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund.
All refundswill be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months and depending on theappointed bank refund policy in which your receipt of the refund will depend onthe period of time your financial institution takes to finalise the refund. MyKitchen shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expensethat you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financialinstitution processing the said refund.
The Customeris required to send back the affected Product(s) to us via a reliable courierservice company to the following address:-

Alternatively,the Customer may bring the affected Product(s) to any My Kitchen outlet locatedin Rawang which our shops’ location can be found in https://www.my-kitchen.co/pages/contact-usforrefund or exchange.
If yourreturn is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what youhave indicated to our Customer First Team. If it's valid, we will reimburse youwith a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the originalpurchase.
If yourreturn is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned.For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve theright to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
The Customershall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returneduntil it reaches us at My Kitchen shop as above mentioned. My Kitchen will notbe liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product isreceived by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to preventany loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
